This means if you are not satisfied with the quality of the photos, cards, or any other product you have received from Winkflash, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price.

Orders received by our returns department within 30 days of the date the item was shipped out are eligible for your choice of a refund to the credit card used for the purchase or a Winkflash credit applied to your account for a future order. Refunds or credits will be issued in the amount paid for the item(s) being returned and any applicable tax. Your original shipping charges will not be refunded or credited to you.

Orders received by our returns department between 30 and 90 days of the date the item was shipped out are eligible for a Winkflash credit applied to your account for a future order. Credits will be issued in the amount paid for the item(s) being returned and any applicable tax. Your original shipping charges will not be credited to you.

Orders damaged or modified by customers are not eligible for refund.

Orders returned after 90 days of the date the item was shipped out are not eligible for a refund or a Winkflash credit.

Items that are returned due a processing error on the part of Winkflash may be eligible for reimbursement of both outbound and return shipping charges.
A processing error is defined as a visible defect. Returns due to darkness/brightness, cropping, use of imaging enhancement or typographical errors are not classified as processing errors. Simply stated, orders that are processed as they were submitted to Winkflash are not eligible for shipping cost reimbursement. Winkflash retains sole discretion in determining whether a return is eligible for shipping cost reimbursement. Shipping cost reimbursement is limited to the cost incurred to return the item(s) by United States Postal Service Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Expedited return shipping methods are automatically ineligible for shipping cost reimbursement.
