Help Center : Public Sharing
Public sharing is used when you want to quickly share a folder with anyone. To start using public sharing:
- Starting from the "My Home" page, open the folder that you wish to share with the public.
- When the folder opens, click on the "Share this Folder" button.
It looks like this: 
- Click on the "Public Sharing" checkbox.
- You will be given a direct link to view your publicly shared folders at winkflash. You can give this link out to anyone.
- Click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page and this folder has been shared with everyone!
