Yes, you can use TIF, BMP, JPG, or PNG image types. We have no restrictions on the type or size file you can send us. We also give you unlimited storage space at no charge so you can upload as many photos as you like.
What is the optimal resolution for developing prints at winkflash? back to top
We have no maximum resolution for which you images can be at, the higher the resolution, the better the picture will be, its that simple. However, we are frequently asked what the optimal resolution is.

Is there any auto-correcting (Brightening, Contrasting, Etc) applied to my photos? back to top
No. We apply no changes to your photos, we simply print them exactly as you captured them. No auto-correcting will be applied to any photo printed at Winkflash.
Can I mix matte and glossy prints on the same order? back to top
Yes. You can mix matte and glossy prints in the same order, it will not delay your order at all.
Is there an index print included with my prints? back to top
Yes. All orders are sent out with an index print(s) showing you exactly what is in each wallett.
What type of paper is used to print my photos? back to top
We use premium Fuji Crystal Archive paper and chemicals.
What color profile is used? back to top
We use the industry standard sRGB color profile.
Can I imbed my own color profile in my images I send? back to top
No. Our printers are configured to use the sRGB color profile. If you imbed your own profile with the image, the colors will be off.
Is there a charge to download a Hi-Res version of the image from the online albums? back to top
No. We do not charge any fee to download images from your online albums.

On each glossy card/poster a UV Gloss coat is added as extra protection. This increases the durability and lifetime of the card/poster.
Can I include text in my images? back to top
Yes. You may include text on your images, we strongly recommend keeping all text at least a quarter of an inch (.25") away from the edges to prevent any text from being cut off.
